1965 Farmall 656 Adding Loader Valve Question

I have this plate so I can add what I think would be power-beyond to my existing valve stack.
I want to add a loader control valve without using my existing valves.
What port is pressure & what port is return to tank?
Or maybe a better question is what are the 3 ports that run through the existing valves?

That plate looks more like an end plate rather than a power beyond plate. Does it have holes that go through and are they threaded if it does? If so then all you can do is hook it up and see if the vale works the direction you want when you move it. If not then switch the lines/hoses.

JUST GOOGLE IT 656 POWER BEYOND PORT .ONE GUY CUT THE SEAT FRAME SO IT CAME STRAIGHT OUT THE SIDE FOR THE ROOM.

Why would you cut the seat frame...… The Hyd valves are out in the open on a 656. Just bolt the power beyond blat on.

The other way to do this on a farmall gear
drive 656, 544, 504 and similar with 3
point (or fast hitch) and remotes is
locate the tube under the brake pedals.
Follow where it goes between the IH
auxillary remotes and under the dash. You
will need a loader valve capable of power
beyond for this. Remove the tube. The
valve under the dash becomes your pressure
source for the inlet on the external
loader valve. The beyond port goes to the
IH auxillary inlet. Then you have to
connect the tank port on your new valve to
the hydraulic reservoir somehow.

The plate simplifies plumbing, for sure.
Cost wise plumbing your own comes out
cheaper these days. Newer 656 have the
cast-closed outer valve so purchase of
another open-sided valve is a financial
consideration too. Finding a used IH
valve that doesn't drift is hard when you
are on a budget...800 $ for a reman isn't
affordable for me and many others.

I might be wrong but I think the center
port on the plate is pressure and the
other two are return. The IH valves have 3
holes in one hole and that should be
pressure. I also believe one of the return
ports could be used as a pressure port in
some applications?
