Whats happening here

When I first joined here,on the Farmall sight there were 3 pages of post every day,now there only 2 post since I read it yesterday

Winter lull.

Can't say as I've ever seen three pages, but 1/2 a page of new content in 24 hours is pretty typical.

You using classic or modern view?

Farmalls very rarely ever give any trouble. There just isn't much to talk about.

That's a good Company Line...but Charlene gave me quite a few grey hairs while sorting her out...I still have a couple issues, but I'm working on it slowly but surely.

It varies a lot on here it seems. I generally check the site 2 or 3 times on a normal day. Sometimes in the morning it is still the same posts from the day before, other days everyone seems to be having problems. Perhaps there is an IH Gremlin that runs around some days and jinxes everyone and other days he stays homne to farm

Its that way on a lot of sites right now, large and small. When the weather
gets bad, folks run out of things to report as they aren't doing anything.
Probably more reading than posting.

Been to busy/gone or it's been too cold to work on the old tractors.
Have been tinkering a little with a couple of them when it is nice like this evening. Working on an F20 that I need a mag for and the carburetor that's full of rust. lol
And an H that needs a carb overhaul and a distributor rebuilt. Pulled the main jet out of it and the needle point is all but rusted away. It was rusted in there pretty solid.
Other then trying to find someone local in my area to work on old mags I just don't have any questions right now.

Got on now to look up and order some parts.

I ask a similar question about year ago. I joined here about 10 yrs ago and there was usually couple pages a day. I think just as prices of farmalls has dropped and past their peak, the number of folks interested in them is dwindling. True or not that is the way it seems where I am.
