1206 injection pump drive adapter

I've been rebuilding on my DT361 engine for the 1206. Today I was ready to put the injection pump drive gear adapter on, but I can't remember which way it mounts. There is a hole in
side the adapter, should this hole go to the top or the bottom?
I have included a picture showing the way I did mount it, which is with the oil hole up. This picture is the outside, unfortunately I didn't think to take picture before putting it on.
Hopefully, I have explained this so it makes sense.

Bearing oil feed hole goes up.

Yes, oil hole up, but it will only go on one way. I just looked at an adaptor housing I have laying in my tool box in the basement.

Thank you for the information.
Now I have another question. What does the injection pump drive gear nut torque at? My book gives 2 different torques. One place says 105 another place says 55. Which is it?

I put the nut 75-80, 55 is low for that size nut and to me 105 is too much.
