Poor photographer is probably standing on top of wobbly scaffolding set on top of plowed ground that feels like it will capsize at any second.

While I agree the picture was taken using scaffolding or a cherry picker truck drone technology is a lot older than most would think. Drone mission that killed Joseph Kennedy Jr.
