Grandfathers F 20

First of all, I am not an IHC man. I have a lot of questions. I have finally purchased and brought my Grandfathers F 20 home for restoration. Took 21 years but I got it home. I am having trouble figuring out how to get the rear wheels off. Is there a certain way to get a wrench into the back side of the rear wheel to hold the bolt ? I am in the process of digging out years of grease and dirt but cannot seem to get a wrench on the bolt to hold it.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Get all the grease out. Yes,It is a PIA,but it can be done. Cant remember, but I think it is a square head. Use a 15/16 open end wrench. Been a few years since I've owned an F-20.

I tracked down my grandfathers f20 38 years ago and restored it. 4 years ago I redid it and now its going to my grand son. best of luck to ya. Bob

From looking at a pic from another site,I see it has F&H wheels. You may need to bend/make up a special wrench. It may also take two people.

No need for a special wrench. Just an open-end. Originally, it had square head bolts. I believe 15/16 is correct for the head and 1 inch for the nut. You may need to jack it up to rotate the wheel to get to each bolt.
