Hi I'm looking for the measurements of the seat brace no22 in the attached pic, as mine is missing so would like to know the length width thickness and the hole size if anyone has one they could measure for me
Thanks David

(quoted from post at 15:33:55 02/12/19) I have a seat like that in the hayloft, but I can't see which part is #22, Ellis
It is the support bracket directly under the seat in the diagram

Should have said brace, is they a reason for the edit function being turned off ?

2 is the 2 flat pieces that support the front of the seat. Thye are on the ends of the rod that slides to fold the seat back.

I have one taken apart waiting to get sandblasted. Overall length = 9 inches, thickness just a squinch over 1/8", might be 3/16", holes are 1/2 inch diameter, spacing is just what it looks like.

Got the seat brace made today, now I need to build the holes up that hold the seat to the pillar as they are some what worn after 70 years of use

Yes, it's called "Classic View."

This forum is a unique setup where two versions exist, this modern view and a classic view. The "I don't like change" crowd refuses to stop using Classic View, so the site management accommodates them by keeping it around and synchronizing the two forums. Classic view does not allow editing, so neither does Modern.

It really is an impressive setup from a programming perspective, though, and works well about 98-99% of the time.
