This tractor is at a local yard. He wants quite a bit at 2500 but a pretty neat tractor. How common are they?

I tried selling one on this site in way better shape running and new tires. Doesnt seem to be much interest in them but people really go crazy for a smta. I love the wheatland style tractors.the sw6ta in your picture has the hydraulic pump reservoir and valve which is usually gone and the battery box seems to be there which you cant get anymore. Pretty nice tractor just not worth 2500 in my opinion.

not a whole lot of them built in later 1954 , 3005 units. that one has the wrong seat on it. worth about 600-800.00 . need a pretty good looking running one for 2500.00

If the price weren't terrible, I'd be interested. Especially if the engine were bad and the price reflected that. I am looking for a late SW-6 like this with a bad/missing engine for a project.
