Farmall F30 valve giude

Hello all. Been working on my F30 and found that the exhaust port in the head was rusted through leaking coolant into the cylinder. I went ahead and picked up another head that checked out fine with one exception. There is a broken valve and the stem is stuck in the guide. I personally have never dealt with this and read that the guides are removable. So o fix this issue would it be better to drive out the guide and replace with a new one or would it be better to try and drive out the suck valve stem? Ideas please and how to actually accomplish without damaging the head.

Also if someone knows anyone who can spray weld for cheap I may be interested in having the exhaust port fixed on the old head

Thanks

I would try to dive out the valve stem after about a week or so soaking it with penetrating oil. Got any Kroil?

I am going to try to soak it for sure. Kroil (Kano) oil? No I don't have any. I heard from someone else about that stuff but haven't needed to soak anything until now. Is it better then PB Blaster?

Just tap out the stuck valve with a long skinny punch. I have removed a lot of stuck F30 valves that way, never damaged a valve or guide while doing it.

Thanks I will give it a try. Also now I found another issue as well. There is no seat left for the exhaust
valve and it is pretty pitted. I have heard of some tractors having new seats installed but not on these
older f series tractors. Is it possible to create a new seat or have it sleeved to build a new seat? I want
to save money but understanding that this may cost money. I can send a pick if you would like but it's
pretty rough and I have never seen this in a head before hoping others have and can help.

Update: I was able to get all the valves out with some PB Blaster and some love taps. Thanks Nebraska Kirk and C.amick for the responses. There was one spot for sure where there was no seat left at all and another spot that may need a new seat as well. I went to the local machine and head repair guy here and he said he can make new seats and clean it up real nice.
