Farmall C what a good hot spark plug

I carry Autolite 388 plugs on tractor drives, got four gas tractors going again with the hotter 388s last summer when they all gas fouled their stock plugs.

Autolite 388 is a tad hotter then 386 but both are RESISTOR PLUGS. If its a magneto ignition I prefer a NON Resistor Plug of which 3116 is and its near the heat range of 386 and 388.........?. Champion also makes an equivalent heat range resistor or non resistor plug for your tractor

I've used NGK AB-2 (3020) spark plugs on my "A" and "B" with no trouble, I think they're hotter than the AB-6. One good thing about them is they use a standard 13/16" spark plug socket!

I always used autolite 3116s, but I did a tune up this summer and had 2 junk ones right out of the box, and Im suspicious of the ones I have in my 560, might be time to try AC C88s
