C 20 Tail Wheel

Where can I find the tail wheel (thin metal only) for a C 20 plow? My bearing is fine but I need the wheel. I have though about taking a small disk and cutting out the center and welding it to the old disk that has the outside edge rusted away.
 
Yeah crafting one your self, or hiring some one to make one is a good option, at least your bearing and hub is good !!
 
You can look through newer IH plows and find a tail wheel that will work I used one off of a much newer IH plow the bolt pattern was the same only difference was the new one is not curved on the edge but flat, and its a lot thicker metal.
 
That should be IH part number PO 23 448. With the three sides and a curved edge that would be tough to make and look correct. Try Mike at Duffield Equipment (717)552-1951, Andrew Ginter (574)292-0248, Steve Smith (419)618-0017, or Andrew Tucker (812)878-7226 for possible replacement wheels.
