Farmall H Governor

I'm looking for suggestions for the correct way to set up and adjust the governor on a '47 Farmall H. Any replies will be appreciated.

One thing I know, another I suspect; first, there was initially twisted lock-wire holding the bolts down, so farmers wouldn't remove the lock-wire and mess with trying to adjust the governor, not knowing wat to do. If you look, you might still have the bolts with the original holes in the head for wire. Second, I'd go get a manual if I was you, follow the procedure. I think it's complicated.

I happened onto a youtube video quite a while back that really covered it well. Mine had a simple misalignment issue, got me right back on track.
