I forgot to look back at your post, how have you made out with disassembly.
If the dimensions in the parts list are correct it would be a 6204-2ZJEM in a
SKF number, characters after the dash vary, but simply specify the bearing seals.
Silicon lubricant sprayed inside the the joint between the two will help them slide.
