1967 International Cub One point Hitch

I asked this question on the wrong forum so I will now repeat my question. I have a 67 cub with 1 point hitch. I wanted to know if my cub will handle a 4 foot scrape blade with one point rear hitch. One guy said no and then another told me no problem.

I have the 54" blade on the front of my 1949 cub and it handles it just fine and is very handy. Randy
