Behlen Overdrive removal.

Hi Guys, Need to pick your brain. I’ve removed a Behlen Overdrive from an F20 and can’t remember how to take that top adapter sleeve off transmission shaft. It appears somewhat loose on the shaft. It has that hole on the end I can screw a bolt in. I did that and it tightened up but didn’t help. Am I forgetting a secret to this. Thanks a bunch.

Pretty sure once you thread the bolt into the adapter and it bottems out against the trans shaft you keep turning and it acts as its own gear puller pushing against the trans shaft pulling the adapter off. Somone who knows more about it will chime in soon.
 
Thank you for the reply. I’ve tried it a couple times and it’s not coming off. It has some wiggle room so to speak on there but just can’t budge it away to get behind it.
