1967 International Cub Rear wheel lube

I have a 1967 cub with 1 point hitch. I am trying to had oil to my rear wheel drives. Facing the rear of my tractor, The wheel near my gearshift has a hole cut out in the in the hook up so I can go right in and unscrew the plug to add oil to the drive gear. Now on the other side I am not seeing a plug. It could be behind the hitch assembly, but why would there be an access hole on one side and not the other. On most cubs that is the side where the plug is easily accessed. Any ideas?

They used the same casting for the final drives on both sides, so the plug is in front on one side and in the rear on the other.

You will have to partially remove the fast hitch to access the plug on that side. I believe the same is true with the standard drawbar. You have to remove the bracket to access the plug.

Thanks for the info. So if the plug is on the rear of the gear shift side then it would be in the front on the other side. That means it must be behind the bracket that is held on by the 2 bolts?
