M - looking for a piston...

I am rebuilding this tractor as cheaply as possible. It is a kerosene head tractor that used stock bore 3 7/8 pistons. Water in a cylinder has ruined my #3 piston and I am hoping someone has a replacement. It is a high step piston (compensating for the head) Looks to be 8175D.

Dig into your piggy bank and REBUILD it and do it right the first time . If it had water in it the sleeve is JUNK and if it froze with water in it the old sleeve and the BLOCK maybe cracked then you will be on here asking why you now have water in the pan .

Touch?

I've had a bunch of old tractors running and back from the grave.
There should be a salvage yard in your area that will sell a used piston cheap.
Now,,,, IFF you intend to have it under a load much you should listen to the Vet.
If you're just going to be farting around with it, parades, etc, used is practical.

I probably have 4 of these pistons in great shape, but I would have to look through my old parts. I may have a good sleeve from the bunch too, but I can't remember. I tore my M down just to pull the sleeves and run the biggest pistons I could. The old ones were fine from what I remember, but it has been several years since I've looked at them.
