looking for small international tractor.
40hp or so, sized to match implements I
have for use with my Ford 3000.

gas or diesel, power steering, live pto.
For plowing with 2 bottom, 6 ft disk, 3pt cultivator, 2 row planter, 5ft bush hog
6 ft finish mower (that is 740 pounds). Wide front. I would say about a 4000 pounder.
low to ground a plus, 28" tires a plus.
Should be a model that parts are readily available for, was popular in NY/north east area.
And the 3pt worked well. Which model?
 
Something like a 424 or 444, maybe? I don't know anything about these models other than that they come close to fitting your description. Not sure about parts availability, either. For the sizes of implements you list you could drop your power requirement down to 25-30hp and still get by unless you are thinking about bigger equipment down the road. The International 350 Utility is a neat tractor that fits your description other than the hitch - they had the 2-point Fast Hitch which won't work as well as a true 3-point with your implements even though adapters are available. (I say this based on my experience with a 3-point adapter on the Fast Hitch of my Farmall 350.)

It seems like the selection of IH tractors in this size range with a factory 3-point hitch is relatively small compared to companies like Ford or Massey.
 
I have a 364 International which is similar to the 350 utility. It is diesel and has power steering. Parts seen to be readily available. I have been very pleased with it.
 
My 424 is 52 years old and tough as nails . Ive had no problems getting parts . Biggest issue is hydraulic leaks but great tractor for its age .Mine has manual steering and is a gas burner but they came with power steering and diesel engines.
 
Move up to the 54 or 74 series tractors not enough bigger physically to matter and more convenient to use with all the toys Live PTO hyd and power steering. Most will be diesel engines. though there are gasers around.
