International Cub Top Radiator hose replacement

I have a 1967 International Cub and I am debating on if I want to change to top radiator hose. It is not leaking but it is a little cracked in places. Should I be able to replace it without removing the 2 bolts that mount the neck to engine. I don't want to risk breaking those bolts if its not necessary. I thought about just wrapping the old hose with rubber tape.

My free advice is to get some Kroil or PB Blaster and spray the bolts down to keep them wet for about a week.

Use a 6 point socket or open end wrench and I don't think you'll have any problems.
