farmall m loader.33a stop working

ran the reservoir low on fluid cause it leaks a lot, but when I poured oil in to fill it, the loader has no power to lift itself. thoughts on what to do. Do the rams need bled?

It's a PTO powered pump. set up?

runs off cam gear, live pump, using belly pump reservoir.

You might have to put a rag around the fill hole, and then your blow gun, and use about 15 lbs max, air pressure to push the oil up to the pump, if you use to much air pressure it belchs out and makes a mess!!
