C demonstrator

I was out in north dakota picking up a super w6 tub frame and came across a farmall c demonstrator that i just couldnt say no to. Its complete but seems to be missing a serial tag but definitely is a demonstrator. Worth anything or just a regular c because no tag?
I look forward to advice as what to do with the c.
Ps i love this site.

if original engine, serial # of engine should be stamped on right side of block below head on machined pad an inch or 2 from front this would give you year made from charts, also I don't know coding but major castings will have date cast as a letter and month/day on casting

The casting dates on the major parts will indicate from late November to probably May or early June for the time window for white tractors. No records were kept, of which were white, some months in some models they were all white, others not so much. (my dates allow late November castings to be used on 1950 tractors) Jim

It has always bothered me when I see a missing serial number plate, it makes me think somewhere sometime someone had their tractor stolen.

Ya im not sure what to think about it either. The seat assembly was torched up for some reason not just to remove serial tag.either way im not sure what to do with it.part it out or sell it whole or use it as a regular c? I typically like the w4-9 600 650 tractors so i need to do something with this odd ball.
