IH 844 Tie rod

Making up a new tie rod for IH 844 with FWA. Has APL1551 ZT front end. Need to know distance from tierod end center to center. Thinking around 51 inches.
 
I have an 844S. We made a new rod, with replaceable joints at both ends. A new one from CaseIH was over $900 here. Part of being a long way from the rest of the world I guess. I will measure the new tie rod on my tractor.

The tie rod on my 844S tractor is exactly 4 feet long. We had it made by a local engineer. The flats on the rod are for a spanner to adjust toe-in.
