444 Leak near brakes?

Hey all. Every time I think I've got all of the demons exorcised from this thing, something else surfaces! So, after the oil pump issue was fixed, I had it running for about 10 mins and shut it off. It was about a week until I could back to tinkering, and I found a puddle of clear oil on the floor, about 2 ft in diameter. I thought it odd, and could see that the linkage was wet on the R/H brake. Being that the whole tractor needs a good scrub and decreasing, trying to find where its coming from is like trying to find a leak in a puddle of oil. Anyway, I cleaned it up, and another week later, same thing, except it hasn't been run at all. Is there a seal or something behind the brake housing that could be leaking? If so, how difficult is it to change? I couldn't find anything in the parts or Owners Manual about it. Thanks!

Hi, yes there is a seal on the pinion shaft and a seal on the diff lock actuator shaft.

See link to caseih parts for Diff Lock seal.

About a month ago a YT member post the complete procedure with photos on removing the right brake, pinion shaft.
I think it was on a B414 but it is the same tractor.

Hope this helps

Hey, Jim. I tried searching a bunch of different ways, but didn't come up with the thread. Do you happen to remember the screen name of the poster?
