Int. 3500 A No Hydraulic pressure or PTO ?

Not sure what the problem is ? Hydraulics doesnt work and the PTO doesnt work? Anyone have a clue what is going on? thank's

I think a 3500A is the industrial model of agricultural IH 674. Does power steering work?
If no PS then probably the PTO drive shaft teeth are stripped on the pressure plate.
If PS works then hydraulic problems, filter, MCV flow divider stuck.
If it has remote hydraulic outlets then dead head the remote to see if problems change.
