Farmall Super H fuel line

My fuel line coming out of the sediment bulb was leaking when I disconnected the line it was flared but no compression fitting.
Shouldn't both ends be the same. The end going into the carb has a compression fitting. Any comments appreciated

Yes it should have fitting

Factory line would be straight cut on both ends, and a brass ferrule slipped over to seal.

Some aftermarket sediment bowls are different, so don't go cutting ends off and adding ferrules until you know what you have.

I have found the rubber, replacement fuel lines to be very easy to install and trouble free. Custom made for the Farmall H through Farmall M. I think YT probably has them.
