can u fix a water pump thats leaking from behind the pully..an how do u get the pully or the propeller off......thanks up front......dewy

Just go get a rebuilt one as the shaft and seal is shot and where will you get a new shaft then take the old one apart without breaking something so just bite the bullet

Took one to NAPA. they rebuilt the original for about the same price as a new one.

The pump can be rebuilt but price wise it's better to replace the pump
|

You do not take the pulley off. New/rebuilt one comes with new bolt behind the pulley.

I use a bearing splitter and a press
|
