International 664 PTO Leak

I got an International 664 that is leaking hydraulic oil around the PTO shaft. I was wondering what it would take to fix this seal. I haven't look at it too hard yet but I was wondering if I can remove the seal from the outside or do I need to remove the PTO assembly to get to the seal?

Yes you can just take your time to get the old one out then get
a washer and peace pipe weld washer on pipe and made seal

What would you suggest is the best way to work it out?

I have used a small drill bit then drill two holes screw them in pull the seal outs

When you go to install the new seal do you put any grease or anything around the metal outside?
