464 differential lock

Working on new to me IH 464 tractor, The differential lock pedal was stuck in the engage position
after freeing up the pedal & pedal pivot bolt. The linkage rod & bracket arm going into the transmission is still engaged how do I get it to disengaged with out breaking any thing. Thanks Dave F.

Jack up one side and put it in gear and take and see if you can shake it the wheel back-and-forth maybe it will jar loose from the differential if that don?t work take fuel tank And three point cover off Then you can see what?s wrong in there
