I installed a new 15 gpm hydraulic pump, relief valve, new filter and hy-tran on my 1066. I warmed up the hydraulic oil and flow tested through the remotes with the lever tied back. Free flow at rated speed i had 19 gpm, around 1600 psi i had around 12 gpm, and flow would continue to drop if i kept increasing pressure. I dont know why my gallons are still dropping. i pulled the unloading valve and it looks ok, im going to replace the o-rings.
Am i not flow testing the pump right? There are adapters from IH to pioneer on the outlets that im going to remove and run the test again. What else could be wrong? thank you
