450 cranking compression results

well i got around to checkin it and did a leakdown test as well. the results...not good... the best cylinder was #1 which had 75#'s all of the others had 65#'s. as for the leakdown #3 was at 6% and all the others were around 30%. so now that i am gonna have to take her apart i was wondering what is the best rout to go. i am pondering about raising the compression to about 8-9:1 and/or a stroker kit. so i was wondering if anyone knew what stuff works well and who makes it. thanks
