Does anyone know what the stock cigarette lighter looks like on a Farmall 450. Does anybody have a picture of the lighter or know where to get one. I've seen some on the Internet, just not sure if they look like the originals. Thanks.

O'rellys auto parts has them for about 7 to 8 dollars. You need to get the one with a shoulder.

Just remember they call them "Power Ports" now. If you look into it there is no spring clip anymore. Won't even let a lighter work.

Here are a couple of pictures of the cigarette lighters on a couple of my 450 tractors. I believe the 1st one is an original. The 2nd picture is what I was able to purchase from my CaseIH dealer back in about 1996 when I re-did the dash on another 450-D. Hope this helps. Al

That's the one they say is for a IH 450 but I didn't like it so I put this one on and it was the same price. A lot of guys don'i put the lighter in when restoring tractor they just plug it.

Your 1st picture of the cigarette lighter looks like a restored 450-D with a wide front. Is that correct? I would like to see a picture of that one. I also have a couple of 450-Ds but mine aren't restored. Al

The picture of me pulling she weighs 8,000 lbs. with me on it. It has no fluid in tires but 2 wheel weights on each rear wheel and set on front wheels I carry a 1,000 lbs. of bar bell weighs that I can remove and drop down a class.

If I would take all the weights off it would be 6,300 lbs. and that's with no fluid in tires.

Nice out fit. I have been looking for heavier truck to pull trailer so I can take both tractors to pulls or shows.

that's a great looking wd45. I had to go to a bigger truck than the ram 3500 I had because it wouldn't stop the rig with a 6k trailer and a 9k tractor on board . this truck doesn't have the power of the ram but it will certainly stop .

Braking is the reason I want to go bigger. I had a car last fall stop at stop sign and about the time came up on cross road he pulled out in front of me and I thought I was going to hit him but brakes did stop me but was a very uneasy feeling. I had the 450 weighing 8,000 lbs. trailer 4,200 lbs. and truck just a little over 5,000 lbs.. I kick myself several weeks ago for not calling sooner but found a 1988 Chevy 7,000 series tractor with 427 v8 with 5-2 and less than 80,000 miles and never used in winter and photos it look like new.

that would be a great truck to have . sounds like a farm truck , lot of years little miles equals good value . plenty of power in a 427 .
