IH Cub - Road trip to Muscle Shoals, AL

Hello all!

Well, one of our club members is picking up a mid-60's Cub he found while out on his truck route near Muscle Shoals, AL (but his trucking company wouldn't allow him to load it up). Seeing as I have 5 days off next week, I offered to pick it up for him if he needs me to (waiting on his confirmation). I'd be up for a soda and sandwich with any YT-ers if your on the route from Minneapolis to Muscle Shoals, AL. Never been to that part of the country, but I am always up to see new parts of America! Be pretty much a straight-through trip down, with an overnight stay, and a straight-through trip back.

Hopefully I get 'hired' for the job.. Sure would love to see a little country side.

I live about an hour from muscle shoals plenty of things to see around there. Fame records is where a lot of popular artist from Lynyrd skynyrd to the Rolling Stones have recorded. Whe you thinking about coming to pick up the cub?

Turns out my friend may have found room on a buddy's semi. Sounds like it may be picked up in a couple weeks, maybe. I was looking forward to taking a trip down there. Never seen that part of the country before. Ah well, maybe I will jut have to find another tractor of my own to pick up from that neck of the woods! :-D

Come see us! We have around 90 Farmalls and might be buying 10-15 more soon. We have plenty of stuff you can haul back. hahaha.
