My 484 had a slight miss at full throttle so I went ahead and changed the fuel filters. After changing filters and bleeding the filters as stated in the manual it started and ran for maybe a minute and then stopped and will not hardly start if it does its just for a second or two. This tractor always started good never had any issues. Ive cracked injector lines to see if there is air and there doesnt seem to be any. Im just lost... The book says to bleed both filters then there is a bleeder on the pump? I do not see one on the pump i cracked the line running to the pump from filter it pours out fuel. Whats going on here?!?

Hi, make sure there are no leaks at the fuel filters. Also there is no fuel lift pump on this tractor, it relies on the fuel pressure from the fuel tank,
having a fuel tank that is three quarters full also helps or if you have an air gun and a clean rag you can slightly pressurize the fuel tank.
Bleeding as per manual open bled screw on top of filter closest to fluel tank and let fluel flow until bubble free, close that screw and repeat on
filter closest to injection pump. Put Stop/Start/Run lever in Start position and throttle about 1/3 open and then try starting tractor. Crank tractor
for 30 seconds and if it does start then loosen one of the injector lines at the rear of the pump and try starting again.

DO NOT Crank starter motor continuously or it could overheat.

Good luck

ON our 584 I used to fill the filters right to the top with clean fuel, let them sit for a few minutes to make sure there were no air bubbles
and then install them and I never had any problem starting or trying to bleed air out. I think it was one of the guys at Case-IH that told me
to do that. Also add a quart of ATF to some diesel and pour it into the tank. The ATF removes moisture and lubes the pump,I even used to add
a quart of oil at fill up and the surging went away, tractor idled smoother.

I have a 424 with a CAV injection pump, not sure if yours is similar, and have stupidly run it out of fuel a couple of times. There's no loss of power, no miss, no warning, it just stops.

After I put fuel in the tank I bleed the filter, then two bleeders on the IP, and likely still have to loosen a couple of injector lines and crank it to purge the air from the head and rotor.

You got a shot of air in the pump when it ran for that minute and once you do that you have to release it. The pump just compresses that air and then it decompresses again on end of stroke. I would loosen all lines at the injection nozzles and make sure plenty of fuel in the tank for head of pressure. Happens a lot due to bleeding process not being complete when changing filters.

I'll second what Michael just said: fill the filters with fuel before you install them. I changed the filters on my 585 a couple times and after filling them i hardly had to bleed them and the tractor started right up. Last summer i changed the filters and forgot to fill them and had all kind of trouble getting it to restart
