I have an International 300 Utility and am replacing the points, condenser, rotor, cap, wires, and plugs. Does anyone know what the point gap, or dwell should be. This is the 4 cyl gas 169. Thanks for any help

My operating manual for the 300U calls for the point gap to be 0.020 inch. A gap of 0.180 inch would be pretty extreme - more than likely that the points wouldn't close at all with the gap set that wide (probably why you're not getting any fire at that setting).
