Monday Monday

Think I am gonna start doing something different on Monday. Golf, gardening, fishing anything but working on the dang 400. I just went out and tried to get the water drain plug on the engine under the Carburetor off so I could drain the engine and push thru water from the temp sensor. I snapped off the wing part of the wingbolt drain plug. Part number 45314 DC on the wing.

Question, should I drill and easy out or drill and tap it for a new wingnut/regular bolt? And I am aware that it is right next to the carburetor too. so NO grinding planned. Or I could leave it the way it is and never use that area again. Water was coming out of the other side on the temp sensor as I decided to look at that too.
