Case 450C dozer w/six way blade

Found this auction, the Case is about 200 miles from me. Anybody have any Idea how old it is and any guesses about the problem in the left drive?

Late 80's to early 90's machine.
Probably has a bad final drive,bearings bad,chipped or broken teeth. Looks like they kept the maintenance up somewhat.
If it could be bought right it would make a decent small dozer. Parts to fix it should be available used or aftermarket and shouldn't be too hateful in price. Loading it on a trailer might be a challenge with the final locking up though......
