International (IH) Model 150 Steering clutch problem

Lot's of great advice here from everyone, I actually inherited a 1973 International (IH) Model 150 loader from our family cottage and it has been sitting for a few years.

From what I've learned, it was parked a few years ago because one of the clutches stopped working. Last summer, I did a bit of work replacing the transmission fluid as well as a number of filters, although unfortunately I couldnt access the oil plug to drain the oil.

After attaching a new battery I finally got the engine running and it sounded great, I've been able to engage the tracks and drive forward and back in both high and low, however, when I try to disengage the steering clutches nothing happens. I am guessing that either the clutches are seized or there is not enough pressure being transferred when the lever is pulled back.

This sounds like a fairly common problem, speaking with a local mechanic I was told that I could let the engine run and the clutches which are bathed in transmission fluid might just release, however, after about a couple of hours of running and driving back and forth, still no luck.

Any insight would be appreciated!! Also worth noting the clutch pressure gauge is in the "run" position.

Thanks in advance!
