Ford Backhoe series?

Guy's could you tell me what series hoe/loader i have on my '75 4500?

according to the factory tags....

loader is 19-501

hoe is 19-551

want to look for manuals and need to know,thanks!!
 
If your backhoe is a 550 you can download a parts manual from the host site that I posted one for another guy,it is for a Ford 550 Backhoe Loader 1975,it is in PDF format and you are welcome to a copy of it as is anyone else that it maybe of use to,go to the link below,when the page opens choose the Free user option,another page opens and you will see a counter counting down,when it reaches zero the download button appears,click on it and save the file on your PC.

Daman, just got to thinking about your question.....Good question. I have 3 manuals I got from rapidshare.

They were in links at the car and truck forumns i frequent (Honda, toyota and chevy).

There are 'torrent' downloads too. that you can download manuals. I don't like using torrent files. a good way to infect your computer.

There are free manuals on the web too.

Google "free service manuals' and start looking...

Any Public Library in your area would have the Factory service manual, Haynes,Chiltons,Mitchells,Clymers, Bentley and Toyota repair books.

I did Google for some in the past that were downloaded from Rapid Share.

Also, There was some discussion a week or two ago regarding loaders on 4500's. on this forum, (ford). I am thinking it was Tony Jacobs or JDmarris. Two very sharp and respected individuals who contribute much to this forum! I's suggest you search the archives or by their name, these were recent posts....sl

Great i thank you for the trouble but i don't see mine on there those look like the older models,mine is a 1975 4500 mabe i'm missing something?
 
well i did some digging called my local NH dealer and i have either a 753 or a 755 hoe and a 740 loader.

he said for my tractor 1975(late '74 stopped making the 4500 in '74??)that the 755 hoe(from '65 to 80) and the 753 hoe('75 to 80)was both used and he was leaning towards the 755 is what i have because of my year.

and for the loader only the 740 was used on the 4500 indust.
