1918 Cleveland Crawler Model H - Value?

We are getting ready to auction off my father's estate at the end of the month and it includes a 1918 Cleveland Model H Crawler. I would like to set an appropriate reserve. It was restored about 10 years ago and will run, but needs a new fuel tank and paint to be fully restored. Any ideas on the value of this crawler?
