NH 555 skidsteer drive problems

Hi I have a deluxe 555 NH. My left hand stick works great in forward and reverse. The right hand stick works fine in reverse, but when you push the lever forward it starts to go then quits. If you go real slow with the stick movement you can feel it building pressure to drive then it feels like it just kicks out...any help would be appreciated...thanks donny

Not exactly sure how Hew Hollands are configured, but there is usually a relief valve in the pumps for forward and reverse. Each side has its own and each direction has its own..as it drives in one direction ok, I'd tend to think that the pump and motor is good. If you can locate the relief valves, swap them top to bottom and see if the problem changes. It might even be a visible problem when you locate them and investigate closer. Its someplace to start looking.
