My dresser(international) TD12 used to run fine. Now it will not turn to the right.I need to find out how to check my steering clutches. Is there any other reason why I might be having this problem?I've already checked all the adjustments and it still won't turn right.

If the right track clutch is rusted the tractor will not turn. Adjustment will not likely make a difference. It is possible to break it free if the tractor is put under load on the right side with the lever held back. it might take 15 minutes of pushing soil, or ? at the limit of track slipping. If no joy, taking it apart is the only option. I found parts on line for it. Jim

Not enough information really. If not turning right it could mean the left side isn't driving. If you push something immovable do both tracks spin? When you try to steer right does the engine lug down like clutch not releasing? Does right brake work, you may tell by rolling in neutral and trying to turn right.

engine does not lug down when trying to turn.Right brake does work. I will try to push something immovable tomorrow.

You say the engine does not lug down when you pull the right clutch and used the brake? You say the right brake is working.
Is that because the engine will lug down if you use the brake without pulling the steering clutch? If the right clutch was frozen engaged, it would pull the engine down when you used the brake.
When you pull the right clutch does your crawler stop moving? If so, that sounds like the left side has the problem. Left steering clutch slipping or broken shaft or gear on that side. As suggested try pushing something it can't move. Pull the right lever and see if the left track keeps driving. Then try pulling the left lever and see what the right track does.
