I have an 1150C I bought that wont move, it has all new under carriage and runs great, would like to find one with bad under carriage or sell this one to someone that needs parts

Did you have a look at the drive shaft from the torque to the tranny, is it intact, is it spinning, if it is not spinning that would suggest an issue in the torque, if it is spinning the issue would be in the tranny it is unusal for to have no movement at all.
