AC HD4 Industrial 600 backhoe rotary swing cylinder leak

Hi all, I could use some help figuring out what I need to do to try to stop a horribly leaking rotary swing cylinder on my Industrial-600 backhoe attached to an Allis-Chalmers HD4.

Not much to the story behind the leak. I've been doing a lot of work with the backhoe this year, widening and deepening drainage channels in wet ground, burying culverts, digging a pond, etc. The swing cylinder has always leaked a bit from the top, but not enough to be overly concerned... I just made sure to check the level and top up the reservoir after any day of heavy usage. But the other day I was doing some work with it and it started literally shooting out a jet of oil from the top whenever I went to swing the boom one way, so now I'm thinking I need to replace the seals in this unit.

I've done some research, and see the thing is built by Cessna, but holy my Google skills do not seem to be up to the task of finding out what seal kit I might use. There seems to be little to no information on these particular backhoe attachments.

Any help in figuring this out would be hugely appreciated!

If it is the round cylinder with a vane
inside I rebuilt one years ago. I was
able to get the kit at that time from a
dealer. Biggest problem was the hardened
pins that helped hold that vane to the
shaft, some of mine were broken off, had
to take to a machine shop with an EDM to
burn them out. So you may not want to
rebuilt the whole cylinder. If I remember
correctly there are just o-rings to seal
that top, one large one around the outer
diameter and those around the shaft. May
help if you could find a repair manual,
mine went with the hoe. I googled manuals
and they are available.
