Dearborn Loader Hydraulic House

Hi,

I have a 9N with a Dearborn 19-8 Loader. Unfortunately it is at our property that is not near a hydraulics shop and so I have to buy parts in advance and can't bring in my parts for comparison.

I'm looking for the hose and the fittings you see in the attached picture. Does anyone have part numbers for them?

Hopefully someone has one like it and can answer your question. Nothing like that shows up in the Dearborn 19-8 parts book I found on another site, it only shows a trip bucket. At least one of the later, heavier models shows a cylinder mounted similar to that, however the cylinder and plumbing are different. My thought is you are going to have to identify it yourself due to the fact that it appears to be someone's add on, as was mentioned in responses to your earlier posts. I can guess that hose might have 3/8" or 1/2" male NPT fittings and be 18" to 24" long. But that is just a guess and may or may not work. You can get pre-made hoses in those size ranges fairly inexpensively at Tractor Supply and some other farm stores, if you want to take a chance.

That cylinder was added on to the loader frame so there aint gonna be any factory part numbers. As said below, just go to your friendly TSC or Farm & Fleet and
grab a ready made hose. Figure out about how long you think it is, then go a size or two longer. Nothing worse than buying a hose, taking it to a remote job site
and having it be too short. You can always loop or snake a hydraulic hose thats too long, but theyre pretty hard to stretch! Those NPT male ends look like 1/2''
to me, but you can always screw them into some thread adapter/reducers if theyre not...

The Ells appear to be 3/8 galvanized water pipe, The hose on rod end is standard length, avaible at tsc and other maybe std length avaible at same place. measure them

As was mentioned the ells look like 3/8 galvanized pipe thread.
It should not be very expensive to pick up a couple 0f 3/8 and 1/2
and maybe a reducer or two. most stores you can return them if you don't need them.
Same for a couple of pieces of hose. Get them longer than needed unless you get to measure the old one
first and if there is a shop near to where you have it parked you won't need to take with you.
If taking with you, take enough supplies. What is not used could likely be returned.
Good luck with your project.
