John Deere 350b steering clutch

Guys Im wanting to know them symptoms of a frozen
steering clutch? I can still brake the side I think might be
frozen. Trying to discern if its frozen or worn out. It still
has traction

Put the blade/bucket up against something that won't move. pull both steering levers back enough to release the steering clutch.
If one stops and the other doesn't, the one still driving is frozen engaged or the linkage to it is out of adjustment or broken. You say you can still brake that side. Does it load the engine down when you brake that side? That would be a sign the steering clutch is not releasing, as the clutch is supposed to release before the brake applies. I would start by checking and adjusting the linkage on both sides, by the manual, in the order given in the manual to rule adjustments out.

The linkages are adjusted all the way out. But when I take
the linkages off and put a pry bar on the clutch lever I
dont get the spring back on the clutch lever like the
other side. I did put it up against a tree and when I pull
both handles back they do stop. But the one on the right
side problem side is way far back. When Im using it
the motor does bog down every time I use the right side
like the clutch doesnt disengage.

If you can stop a track by pulling back on the lever the clutch isn't frozen. It sounds like adjustment is way off. Regardless of where the linkages look to be, have you adjusted the linkages by the manual (service and operator's manuals both have the procedure I believe) step by step? Do you have the John Deere manuals for your 350B? You may have more issues than just adjustments, however the adjustments should be made before going any deeper.

Does yours have the power steering assist (two small hydraulic cylinders under the seat)? If so, how is the fluid level?
