Surplus Center and Northern Tool are pretty good but if you want best price look at Chinese cylinders on Ebay.

You want to be sure the rod diameter is equal to the one you have now. A smaller diameter will increase the likely hood of bending the rod and a larger rod diameter reduces the force on the retract (rod) side of the piston.

The cylinder Jim NY is replacing has a 2
inch rod. I had to go to a 4 inch
cylinder to get the 2 inch rod. A 1.75
inch rod in the 3.5 inch bore might be
close enough. A lot of cylinders in that
size have a 1.5 inch rod which is iffy.
Sorry for having to spell out inch the
site strips out the inch symbol.
