Is there any alternative or improvement for the seals that go on Roosa Master fuel injection pump? Thanks.

i have not heard of any. what problem are you having with the seals? i remove and replace the pumps all the time and use the same ones, just
have to be careful not to fold the lip.

I repair pumps regularly that are 40, sometimes 50 years old that the lip seals are still doing their job, they are here for some
other issue. Not sure what more a guy could ask for. Any pump thats got much age on it will need new seals and pilot tube, but that
adds 25 bucks to a repair bill. Now it is good for Many, many years. Pretty cheap for the number of years they last. If seals are
failing, something is causing this. Al

I have seen the pilot tube leak and the seals get blamed. Most times it is a worn pilot , or folded over lip. I pressure test each
repaired pump to 20 psi. If these seals will hold that they will certainly hold while in normal use. Al
