Drott 40 rubber tire excavator

My drott 40 Transmission cooling lines have no pressure and no flow. it just comes out but not enough pressure to go through the cooler. Any ideas? No blockage in lines

Can be several things, low oil, blocked pickup strainer, blocked breather, open regulator valve, faulty pump. apart from the oil cooling does the machine have any other symptoms?.

Just had the tranny out and inspected it everything inside looked like new and no sediment in pan. it was the cleanest tranny I've ever seen. filled
it with oil and it tried to climb out of the whole it had settled in with the E brake on and boom down. Had the valve bank apart and no suck valves no
corrosion. I got this machine with the problem that it would overheat the tranny while in neutral while digging. This machine runs like a dream but
the weak link of a Droitt 40 is brakes and tranny. But you don't need brakes if you can't move. LOL

You are not very clear, are you saying it tried to drive with the brake on and boom down while it was in neutral?
