I am helping a friend with his newly acquired d2. we have had it running but when it came to shutting it down the throttle would only go down to idle. there is no electrical shut off that I could find. it is all mechanical to my knowledge. it does not have any noticeable detent or stop to overcome to move the throttle to the stop position. any help to start a diagnosis would be greatly helpful
