Case 310 serial number

I am looking at a Case 310. It has sat for three years and will not turn over. I am trying to figure out what year it is. The serial number on the side of the crawler is 4130648. I can not find any information for a Case 310 with that series number. Can anyone help me?

Sorry I can't help, the Case Collectors club does not list any serial number beginning with 4, all the serial numbers begin with 3 for the 310, there are some serious Case fans on here that might be able to help.

If that 413 number is the one visable in the photo, that tag is on part of the blade assembly and will be the number of the blade not the crawler. Look for another number actually on the crawler.

The actual crawler serial number was on the front of the battery box (left side) on at least some of them, I can't say that was true for all. If you have a couple rivet holes, in the area the serial number tag shows in this picture, your tag is likely MIA. And your picture looks like it might have been there.
