Lamborghini Dozer

Can't help you with personal experience but Lamborghini tractors have been around for a long time. Ferruccio Lamborghini started his very successful tractor business in the late 1940's post war Italy.

Being a wealthy industrialist he owned a lot of exotic cars and speedboats and started his car business in the mid 1960's after he complained about the reliability of his Ferrari car(s) and was summarily dismissed by Enzo Ferrari himself.

Most Massey crawlers I ever worked on were built by HANAMOG are you sure about the Lamborghini statement

Lamborghini made tractors way back in the forties and as far as I know they still do, the high end sports cars was made from the early sixties but was a separate venture and it has changed hands many times and I think VW is involved now but not sure, Lamborghini was not the only tractor man to make high end sports cars, David Brown took over Aston Martin sometime after the war that too has changed hands many times also, The Aston Martin looks like a car, the Lamborghini you have to nearly get down on your knees to get into it, it is only a posers car, no car for a machine man, no provision for a tow hitch, no room for five gallons of oil, useless. LOL.

Yes, and he started the tradition of naming the car models DB-xxx which still continues today. I learned to work on cars by helping my neighbor with his 1952 Aston Martin DB-2 back in the early 1960's well before I could even get a driver's license. In the late 60's I got a ride in a Lamborghini 350GT, one of his earliest models. Pretty nice car that made all the right sounds.
